Article 11: Privacy
The person responsible for the processing, NEUF Brussels, respects the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
NEUF Brussels processes the personal data of anyone who has (had) direct or indirect contact with the web store, such as Customers.
NEUF Brussels receives the data directly from the customer when he visits the webshop, creates an account and fills in certain data or when the Customer contacts our customer service via email.
If the Customer orders something, we need certain information to be able to deliver this order and to keep the Customer informed about his order. This information is also required for any returns or repairs. For this purpose, NEUF Brussels collects the Customer's name, e-mail address, delivery address (es), payment details and telephone number.
The data is necessary to perform the agreement that the Customer has concluded with NEUF Brussels.
In some cases NEUF Brussels receives your data from others. When someone sends a gift directly to you, we receive your name and address details.
The personal data communicated by the Customer will only be used for the following purposes: the execution of the concluded agreement, the processing of the order, sending newsletters if indicated.
You have a legal right to inspect and possibly correct your personal data. Subject to proof of identity (copy of identity card), you can obtain a written notification of your personal data free of charge via a written, dated and signed request to NEUF Brussels, Dok Noord 7A501, 9000 Ghent, or via the email address [email protected]. If necessary, you can also ask to correct the data that would be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant.
We treat your data as confidential information and will not pass it on, rent it or sell it to third parties.
The Customer is responsible for keeping his login details confidential and the use of his password. Your password is stored encrypted, so NEUF Brussels has no access to passwords of Customers.
NEUF Brussels keeps online (anonymous) visitor statistics to see which pages of the website are visited to what extent.
If the Client uses social media such as Facebook, he can use “like and share” to share the articles that the Client likes, useful or useful with friends on different social media accounts. NEUF Brussels does not gain access to the Customer's social media accounts.

Article 12: Use of cookies
During a visit to the site, 'cookies' can be placed on the hard disk of the Customer's computer. Cookies cannot be used to identify people, a cookie can only identify one machine.
